Delaware is one of three states without a High Priority Corridor (the other two are Hawai'i and Massachusetts).
Delaware has been building a north south interstate highway that now stretches from I-95 to Dover (Delaware Route 1). Some have speculated this could be a future I-101 interstate highway. The most expensive part of this highway has already been built - the cable stayed bridge over the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal.
